• Gift certificates are limited to one per person.
• Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Gift certificates are not for sale and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or loyalty points.
• Gift certificates cannot be used if they do not have a validation stamp.
• Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.

 

How to Use

• All verbal gift certificates issued by REDMETEOR can be used for payment on the REDMETEOR website (www.redmeteor.co).
• Each gift certificate that has been sent includes a serial number printed on the back.
• After adding the products you like to your cart on the online store, simply enter the coupon code (serial number) during checkout to apply it.

 

Delivery and Collection

• When you purchase gift cards online, we’ll mail them to any address you choose anywhere in the country.
• Delivery takes 2–3 days; however, delivery to Jeju and mountainous areas takes about 4–5 days.
• Shipping fees are charged separately when using the gift card.
• You can also visit our store to purchase and pick up your gift card in person.

 

When Gift Certificates Cannot Be Used or Reissued

• If the gift certificate is damaged and the serial number cannot be verified
• If the authenticity of the gift certificate cannot be verified
• If the gift certificate is counterfeit or was obtained illegally
• If used at an online store other than the official store
