The soles are available in breathable red leather or non-slip rubber; if you choose the red leather sole, we recommend adding an anti-slip pad. Due to the nature of slippers, we recommend ordering a size 10mm smaller than your actual foot size.

Care Tip
: If they get wet, remove the moisture with a soft cloth and place dry newspaper inside to let them dry thoroughly. If they get dirty, simply wipe them gently with a damp cloth to easily remove the stains.

Inside Heel Pad

Add an inside heel pad for extra comfort and shock absorption. Up to 10 mm can be added, and the rear leather section will be adjusted to maintain a proper fit.

Heel Height

The standard heel height is 30 mm. You may select a 35 mm or 40 mm heel for a more elevated silhouette. Customized heel-height orders may not be eligible for exchange or return.

Outsole

The standard rubber outsole includes a non-slip finish. A leather outsole offers refined flexibility and breathability. For added traction, choose a leather outsole with either an anti-slip pad or an Italian Vibram pad.

I understand that made-to-order bespoke shoes cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of a verified defect. RedMeteor may decline a customization request when it cannot be produced reliably. Bespoke production generally requires approximately 15–20 business days, and items ordered together may ship when the bespoke pair is complete.
