These Terms apply to purchases made through redmeteor.co, operated by GLORYSTONE under the RedMeteor brand in Seoul, Republic of Korea. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Products and orders
RedMeteor footwear is handcrafted. Natural variations in leather grain, color, texture, and stitching are part of the character of handmade products and are not defects unless they materially affect normal use.
Please review your size, measurements, colors, materials, initials, and other options before ordering. We may contact you to confirm details or decline a request that cannot be produced reliably. An order is accepted when we confirm it for production or shipment.
2. Made-to-order products
Made-to-order and personalized products generally require about 15–20 business days to produce. Timing may vary depending on materials, order volume, and the need to confirm specifications.
Once production has begun, these orders cannot normally be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged because of a change of mind or an incorrect customer-provided measurement. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law or claims involving a verified defect or an item that differs materially from the accepted order.
3. Prices, payment, and import charges
International prices are generally shown in U.S. dollars. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Payment is handled by third-party providers, and RedMeteor does not directly store complete card details.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
4. Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs review, carrier delays, weather, incorrect address information, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please provide a complete address and reachable contact details.
If a parcel is returned because delivery was refused, duties were unpaid, the address was incorrect, or collection was not completed, actual return or reshipping costs may be charged where permitted by law.
5. Returns and order issues
For an eligible standard product, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging. Footwear should not be worn outdoors when checking fit.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs before wearing or modifying it. Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, or refund. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, water damage, misuse, and natural changes in leather are not manufacturing defects.
6. Privacy and site content
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and may be shared with payment providers, carriers, customs authorities, and service providers as necessary to complete an order.
Product designs, photographs, text, logos, and other site content belong to or are licensed to RedMeteor. They may not be copied or commercially used without prior written permission.
7. Applicable law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Seoul unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
